Natures Way - Workshops and Teacher Professional Development We are available to support educators on their journey of nature educator /environmental educator for early childhood. NaturePlay NZ provides a series of teacher workshops focusing on key areas of curriculum/play. All workshops will inspire the educator through imparting skills, knowledge, confidence, pathways and curriculum links through natures lessons.

Once a year our BACK TO NATURE weekend retreat is held based at Koru Creek the home of Nature Play NZ. This is an opportunity for serious nature lovers to develop their Nature Education pedagogy. Read more about Koru Creek here.

Natures Way - In centre services
We acknowledge no two centres are the same. We work alongside centre teams whom are, or motivated to embrace a nature the teacher/education for sustainability philosophy.
This may be as on the floor teacher support, off the floor teacher mentoring, evening mini workshops tailored to centre specific needs, and makeover design services to the inside/outside environments.
Through NATURES WAY – our leadership and team development programmes offer individualised centre support which builds stronger, healthier team relationships based on natures lessons.
